Simulation of semantic content in human-keg-to-legal language

Disclosed is a computer-assisted method for simulating the speech of the author of the legal instrument by means of a network, and comprising two phases. A phase (I) of mathematical specification and a phase (II) of computer realisation of the mathematical specification. A plurality of means, the arrangement of which is specially designed in order to lend itself to the implementation of the method, are proposed, including a legal accessibility device and a network access point. A specific configuration of processors and recording media enables a network to be obtained. The network is the means allowing a machine to speak the law by simulating, by continuous auto-application, the speech of the author of the legal instrument. The speech of the author of the legal instrument is itself defined by a hardware point constituting the distinctive element of the network and allowing the sets to be defined in relation to which the speech can be considered as being heard.
